Client work

The brief

Where the opportunity starts.

The brief starts with strong Instagram content and a generic mobile website. Clients turn to DMs for prices, stylist recommendations and booking help. The redesign answers those questions at the moment they matter.

For
Professionals and young parents, aged 25–42, looking for polished, low-maintenance colour.
Personality
Warm, polished, calm and trustworthy.
Brand line
“Your everyday light.”

Measurement

What we tracked.

Reporting connected the work to bookings, client value, and repeat business, measured against the salon’s own baseline.

The system

Three choices behind the direction.

01

Make the next step obvious

Service guidance, transparent starting prices and stylist specialties give a new visitor enough confidence to choose.

02

Design around a phone

Short pages, clear booking buttons and a focused consultation form reduce the work between discovery and an appointment.

03

Keep the journey going

Confirmations, reminders and timely rebooking prompts connect the first booking to the next visit.

Creative direction

How the work shows up in the client journey.

Brand assets, customer-facing messages, and booking touchpoints brought together as one designed system.
